Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy:
We at Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to all our students.
Refunds for Cancellation:
If you cancel your enrollment within 15 days of the program start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of your tuition fees.
If you cancel your enrollment after 15 days but before 45 days of the program start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of your tuition fees.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 45 days of the program start date.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing or via email. The date of the written notice or email will be used to determine the refund amount.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice. The refund will be made in the same manner in which the payment was made.
Exceptions:
This cancellation policy applies to all our programs, except for courses or programs that have a separate cancellation policy. In such cases, the specific cancellation policy will supersede this policy.
